We carefully package your doll to ensure it reaches you safely. Orders are shipped from Japan using trusted carriers. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Shipping costs are included in the purchase price. Please note that international shipments will be subject to customs duties, taxes, or VAT(Value Added Tax) in your country, which are the responsibility of the recipient. High-value dolls, such as those valued at 3,500 USD, may incur significant import charges depending on the destination country.

Solaciel dolls are high-value handcrafted items. To ensure safe delivery, we use trusted carriers with the following measures:

• Careful and secure packaging, including cushioning and sturdy boxes.
• Declared Value and insurance coverage to protect against loss or damage during shipping.
• Accurate customs documentation (Commercial Invoice and Packing List) to avoid delays or issues at the border.
• Tracking and signature-required delivery for peace of mind for both the customer and the artist.

These steps ensure that your doll arrives safely while complying with international shipping regulations.

Important for international customers: Even though the product price and shipping cost are paid at the time of purchase, import duties, taxes, or VAT are determined by your country's customs at the time of delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are typically collected by the carrier upon delivery.

Returns and Repairs

Your doll is shipped in perfect condition. However, if you notice any defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you promptly.

As long as I am actively creating dolls, repairs for natural aging or wear are available for the cost of shipping only. Repairs due to accidental damage, water exposure, or stains caused by food may incur a repair fee. In such cases, please provide details about the damage so we can assess the necessary repair work.
